PRIVACY POLICY
Your information.
Handled with care.
How ALMS Studio handles the information you share when you explore our work, book a call or partner with us on your website.
Last updated: October 14, 2026
ALMS Studio is a website design and care business based in Georgia, United States. This Privacy Policy covers our website, enquiries, discovery calls and our own client communications. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@almsstudio.com.
What you share with us
You may provide your name, email address, business name, current website, budget range, services you are interested in, project description, booking details and other information you choose to include.
If you become a client, we also handle materials and records needed for your project: branding, copy, photos, feedback, approvals, invoices and access needed to build, host or maintain your website. Share account access through the method we agree with you. Do not put passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification or sensitive personal records into our public enquiry forms.
Forms and discovery calls
Our enquiry forms carry your details to Cal.com so you can choose and confirm a 15-minute discovery call. Completing the first form does not independently send an email enquiry to ALMS Studio; complete the booking to share the enquiry with us, or contact us by email instead.
Information used to prefill the booking page travels in that page’s URL. It may appear in your browser history or records kept by the booking provider. Share ordinary business enquiry details only. You can enter your details directly on the booking page instead of using the prefilled form.
Cal.com processes booking information under its own privacy notice, available through its booking interface. If a call uses another meeting provider, that provider’s terms and privacy notice also apply. We will ask before recording a call.
Information from your visit
Our hosting and delivery providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, referring pages and diagnostic or security records to deliver and protect the website. Loading externally hosted fonts or booking tools may also send ordinary network information to their providers.
We use essential storage for website functions and a first-party cookie to remember your cookie choice for up to 180 days. It records your preference and the date you saved it, not your name, email or enquiry details. You can accept or reject optional cookies, or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.
No optional analytics or advertising tools are currently active on this website. Optional tracking is disabled by default and may run only after an affirmative choice. If tools are added, this notice and the consent version will be updated before they are enabled.
Cal.com booking tools and external services may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Our cookie choice does not control those services’ independent practices. Review their notices and choices; restricting their storage may affect booking or other functionality.
If we introduce analytics, advertising tools or materially different data uses, we will update this policy and provide any notice or consent mechanism required by applicable law.
Why we use information
- Respond to questions and arrange the call or service you request.
- Prepare an agreed scope, proposal, website design, build or launch.
- Provide managed hosting, maintenance and aftercare within your plan.
- Manage approvals, account access, billing and service communications.
- Keep appropriate business records, protect systems and meet legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. If we send optional marketing communications, you may opt out using the method in the message or by emailing us. We may still send necessary booking, billing and service messages.
Who may handle information
We use providers for website hosting and delivery, Cal.com for scheduling, email and meetings, and the website platforms, technical tools and payment services used for an agreed client project. Providers may process information in the United States or another country. Their own notices describe their processing.
We share information relevant to the function being performed. Team members and contractors should access client information only as needed for the work. If payment is required, use the method identified on your invoice or agreement; public enquiry forms are not payment-card collection forms.
We do not sell personal enquiry information or use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may disclose information as reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Care for client websites
A client website may have its own forms, bookings, payments or analytics. The client is responsible for those features’ purposes and the notices provided to visitors. When we handle visitor information solely to build or maintain a client website on the client’s instructions, the client’s privacy notice and our service agreement govern that work.
We agree access, processing and specialist requirements before work begins. Website design or hosting alone does not include a legal review, a data-processing agreement or a promise that a client website meets every industry-specific privacy requirement.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for its enquiry, service, accounting, legal or dispute-related purpose. Different records may require different retention periods. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it, subject to necessary backups and lawful recordkeeping.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No website, email system or hosting service can guarantee complete security. If an incident affects information we are responsible for, we assess it and provide notifications required by applicable law, including Georgia law where it applies.
Your choices and requests
You can decline to submit an enquiry, omit optional details, adjust browser cookie settings or contact us by email. Ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask about its use, at hello@almsstudio.com.
Rights and deadlines depend on the law applicable to your request. We may verify identity and retain records needed to perform an agreement, comply with law, protect security or resolve a dispute. We explain applicable limits. For information held independently by Cal.com or another provider, use its request process as well.
Links and other services
Portfolio, social and booking links may take you to another service. We do not control its privacy practices; review its notice before sharing information. Our website and services are intended for business owners and adults, not children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and remove it where required.
Updates and contact
We publish updates here and change the date above. For a material change affecting information already collected, we provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
