before we begin.
Can you take the website work off my plate?
We handle the design, build, mobile layouts and technical setup, followed by the hosting and maintenance in your plan. You share your business goals, branding, content and feedback. Routine changes are handled within your chosen care scope, so you have one team to turn to.
Can you connect my booking or payment tools?
We can connect supported scheduling tools and payment gateways within the agreed website scope. Tell us what you use before the build. Custom integrations or features outside the Collection are Bespoke work, and any separate tool subscriptions or provider fees are explained before you commit.
Do I need to learn a builder or write code?
No. You share your content and review the design; we handle the build and launch. Afterward, send us the changes covered by your care plan. If you choose Hosting Only, content edits and upkeep remain your responsibility.
Will the website feel like my business?
Your logo, colours, photos, wording and offer guide the creative direction. We personalize your chosen Collection design around them. If your website needs a direction or functionality outside the Collection, that work is scoped as Bespoke.
What if I need a bigger change later?
Routine edits to existing text, photos, prices, hours and contact details fit the agreed care scope. Studio Collection and Hosting & Aftercare include 1 Hr/Mo for routine updates. New pages, major redesigns and added functionality are quoted separately as Bespoke work. The One-Page Website’s maintenance scope is agreed before you start.
Can you take over my existing website’s upkeep?
Yes, if the website and platform fit the service. Hosting & Aftercare is $99/Mo for an eligible completed website, with monthly checks, an email check-in and 1 Hr/Mo of routine updates. We review the setup first and quote any cleanup or migration separately.
What will you need from me?
Your business goals, branding, website text, photos and access to the tools we need to connect. After you select a plan, we give you a checklist and map out the creative direction. Your feedback at the agreed review points keeps the launch moving.

Start with a 15-minute call and select your plan. We map out the creative direction, collect your content and handle the design, build and launch. Collection websites launch in 2 weeks once content, access and direction are ready, with timely feedback. Work outside the Collection is Bespoke, with its own quote and timeline.
