TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear terms.
A better partnership.
The ground rules for working with ALMS Studio on website design, managed hosting, maintenance and aftercare.
Last updated: October 13, 2026
ALMS Studio is based in Georgia, United States. These terms cover use of our website and the general framework for our services. Your accepted proposal, order and service agreement set the specific work, fees, payment schedule, duration, ownership and care scope. If a specific written service term differs from this page, it controls to the extent permitted by law.
Browsing this website or booking a discovery call does not by itself purchase a plan, authorise a recurring charge or create a client service agreement. We confirm the service and obtain your acceptance before paid work begins.
Using our website
You may browse, view our work and contact us for lawful business purposes. Do not misuse forms, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or copy our content for resale. Studio branding, copy and original materials remain our property or that of their licensors.
Collection designs show available design directions; completed client work is identified separately. Portfolio visuals do not promise business results. Comparison figures are estimates based on the inputs shown, not guaranteed savings or industry averages.
Choose your website plan
- One-Page Website — $79/Mo: one focused page with agreed branding, text and photos, managed hosting, maintenance and support. Its exact scope, revision allowance, term and ownership conditions are confirmed in your service agreement.
- Studio Collection — $199/Mo: a personalised Collection design with up to 5 agreed pages, 2 revision rounds, managed hosting, domain connection, SSL and the aftercare described below. Studio Collection has a 12-month agreement, with the website build included in the monthly fee.
- Bespoke Website — custom quote: work beyond the Collection, with pages, functionality, revisions, delivery and payments set out in a project proposal. Hosting and ongoing care are selected separately.
- Hosting Only — $49/Mo: hosting, domain connection and SSL for an eligible completed website. Builds, content updates, technical maintenance and monthly check-ins are not included.
- Hosting & Aftercare — $99/Mo: managed hosting, domain connection, SSL, monthly checks, an email check-in and 1 hour per month of routine updates for an eligible completed website.
Eligibility depends on the platform, setup and access we can support. Cleanup, migration, extra pages, advanced integrations and added functionality are quoted separately. Prices are in US dollars. We confirm current pricing and applicable taxes before you accept.
Scope and payment
Your proposal identifies inclusions and separate charges for domains, platform subscriptions, paid tools, licences or payment-provider fees. The stated monthly fee covers the plan’s agreed included services. Extras are explained and approved before additional work or purchases.
Payment dates, deposits where applicable and recurring billing authorisation are stated in your agreement or checkout acknowledgement. A subscription is not automatically an instalment purchase of the files. We do not add a late fee or another charge unless disclosed, agreed and permitted by law.
If a payment fails, we contact you to resolve it. Suspension or termination follows your agreement and applicable law. We may pause work while an overdue payment, missing access or another issue prevents safe delivery.
Launch and approvals
Collection and One-Page launches target 2 weeks once your content, account access and creative direction are ready, with timely feedback at agreed stages. This is not 2 weeks from an enquiry regardless of readiness. Bespoke timing is agreed around the project.
You provide accurate business information, text, images, logos, permissions and one clear set of feedback per review. Delayed materials, approvals, new requests or third-party issues may move the launch date. We communicate the effect on the schedule.
A revision round is a consolidated set of feedback within the agreed direction and scope. New pages, a new direction or added functionality may require a separate quote. We request launch approval after testing agreed pages and features; later changes follow your care scope or a new quote.
Hosting and website care
Studio Collection and Hosting & Aftercare include monthly checks of agreed pages, forms and links, technical fixes within scope, an email check-in and 1 hour per month of routine updates. The hour includes reviewing, editing, testing and publishing. Unused time does not roll over.
Routine updates cover existing text, photos, prices, opening hours, contact details and links. Send one consolidated batch between the 1st and 5th. We confirm the accepted work and publishing date. New pages, redesigns, added functionality and work beyond the included time require a separate quote. One-Page maintenance and support scope is confirmed before you start.
Hosting and care do not promise uninterrupted service, emergency support at all hours, complete protection from attacks or compatibility with every third-party change. Backup arrangements, support hours and response or recovery targets are stated in your agreement. Report issues promptly; do not send credentials through public forms.
Tools and third parties
We can connect supported booking tools and payment gateways within scope. Providers control their availability, fees, policies and account approvals. Custom integrations, memberships, complex shops and other features outside the Collection are Bespoke work.
You remain responsible for your products, services, transactions, customer communications and required notices or permissions. A website build does not include legal advice or certification of privacy, accessibility, industry-specific or other regulatory compliance unless specialist work is separately agreed.
Ownership and handover
You retain ownership of content and branding you provide and grant permission to use it to deliver your service. You confirm the necessary rights. Third-party templates, fonts, imagery, code and software remain subject to their licences; we cannot transfer rights we do not hold.
Studio Collection is a subscription website. Completing its 12-month agreement or changing the care plan does not automatically transfer files. A separate buyout may be available after the agreement, with its price and transfer conditions disclosed before you sign. One-Page licence and handover terms are confirmed in its agreement.
Bespoke handover follows final payment, subject to the scope, licences and platform restrictions in the proposal. Migration, export, platform transfer and additional handover work are agreed in advance. We will not claim a licence can transfer where the provider does not allow it.
Permission to show your completed website, name, logo or testimonial in our portfolio is agreed with you. Confidential materials and credentials are not portfolio content.
Recurring fees and renewal
Before recurring billing begins, we disclose the charge, billing frequency, minimum commitment if any, renewal period and cancellation process. We obtain your acceptance and provide the applicable acknowledgement and any legally required renewal notice.
After Studio Collection’s 12-month agreement, choose Hosting & Aftercare at $99/Mo or Hosting Only at $49/Mo, where eligible. Your written agreement confirms how service continues and any renewal or notice period. Changing care does not transfer file ownership.
Changes to recurring prices or service terms are communicated before they take effect, with notice and choices required by your agreement and law. This page does not retrospectively change an existing signed agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation of recurring service or automatic renewal online using the prepared email below. You do not need a reason or a call. We may request information needed to verify that you hold the account.
If the link does not open your email app, email hello@almsstudio.com with your business name and account email and ask to cancel. We confirm the effective date, any lawful remaining obligations under an agreed term and steps to preserve your website. Cancellation stops renewal according to the agreement and law; it does not transfer files or erase lawfully owed charges.
Project cancellations and refunds are assessed against the accepted agreement, completed work, supplied services, approved third-party costs and prepaid work still undelivered. We explain the calculation rather than applying an undisclosed fee. Nothing here excludes a refund, cancellation right or other legally required remedy.
We may pause or end service for material nonpayment, unlawful use, serious security concerns or another material breach, following the agreement and required notice or remedy periods. Hosting may end on the confirmed service end date. Discuss backups and permitted transfers beforehand.
Confidentiality and privacy
We use confidential information and access to carry out the work, with access limited to people and providers who need it. Each party should protect the other’s confidential information except where disclosure is authorised, needed to perform the service or required by law. Personal information is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Results and responsibility
We carry out agreed work with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise a particular level of sales, leads, search ranking, page-speed score or growth. Results also depend on your offer, content, traffic, platform and other factors.
If work does not meet scope, tell us so we can investigate and address it. Project-specific warranties, credits or liability limits must be in the accepted agreement and remain subject to law. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Georgia law and disputes
Georgia law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections where you are located. Contact us with the issue and outcome sought so we can try to resolve it. This does not prevent statutory rights, regulator contact or a lawful remedy.
A signed agreement may specify an appropriate forum or dispute process. This page does not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right to small-claims court.
Questions and updates
We publish updates here with the date above. Material changes to active service follow your accepted agreement, including required notice and acceptance.
